Labradorite Beads (4mm; 12 strands create the night sky backdrop, accented with 3mm, 6mm, and 8mm Round Fresh Water Pearls. Note the Star, Sirius (above right), the largest star in the night sky, with an apparent magnitude of -1.45, is represented by an 8mm pearls in order to portray its dominance.
Following our proprietary patent, this scientifically accurate piece depicts the 15-20 brightest stars (those with an apparent magnitude of 2.0+) in your customized sky. My Sky takes pride in creating and hand making in America, what we believe, the most personal commemorative gifts; the sky above a selected location (city or longitude/latitude), on a chosen date and time. Midnight can be used to represent the evening.
